A dispute with a currency-exchange company that lost out on a contract at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport could delay the opening of a new terminal, Atlanta officials say. "At best the order causes delays," said the city in a brief to the state's Supreme Court. "At worst, it jeopardizes the ultimate availability of important services to passengers and airlines."
