Barry Callebaut is planning culinary demonstrations Jan. 18 in Jersey City, N.J., and hosting a cocktail reception Jan. 19 at the Flanders House in New York City to celebrate 100 years of doing business in the U.S. The demonstrations, taking place at the Sysco Metro New York facility, will be led by Callebaut chef Jean Pierre Wybauw and Godiva chef Patrick Peeters.
