More that 4 in 5 small businesses now have websites, but many aren't using Google's AdWords platform. To win over small-business owners, Google has rolled out simplified products such as AdWords Express, along with a global outreach program specifically targeting small businesses. "We are making it a priority now to ensure small businesses are successful," says Francoise Brougher, Google's vice president of global SMB sales and operations.
