Reed Alexander, an actor on Nickelodeon's comedy "iCarly," will help create healthy recipes for school meals, following a similar project that involved television chef Rachael Ray. The recipes, developed with chef Lorena Garcia, are part of an effort by Alliance for a Healthier Generation. "With students often consuming up to 50 percent of their daily calories at school, school meals are one of the clearest avenues to positively impact the health and nutrition of America's youth," said Ginny Ehrlich, CEO of the alliance.
