Assistant Secretary of State Kerri-Ann Jones will testify at the House Energy and Commerce Committee's hearing next week on President Barack Obama's rejection of the permit for TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline, the committee said. Legislation by Rep. Lee Terry, R-Neb., that would transfer the decision on the project from the State Department to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, will also be tackled during the hearing.
