With the stakes as high as they get in advertising, marketers such as Lexus, Acura, Danone and Century 21 are preparing to step on the Super Bowl playing field for the first time. H&M has hired David Beckham in his underwear to tout a new line of clothing during the big show in which advertisers "either kill or get killed," according to BBDO's David Lubars.
