Consumers want value from restaurants, but that means different things to different people, which is why double-sided menus with a place for everything from healthy fare to high-calorie indulgences are likely to become more prominent at quickservice eateries this year, says Mintel's Eric Giandelone. Family-focused fare, "clean" ingredients and handmade specialties also are likely to be hot this year.
