AT&T is working on an automated home-monitoring service for international carriers that is designed to enable end users to manage energy use and will include a security component. The offering, Digital Life, can be hosted by AT&T or a third party, and comes with components such as thermostat sensors and connected cameras. AT&T will demonstrate the platform next week at the GSM Association's Connected Home experience in Spain as part of the Mobile World Congress.
