The average price of regular gasoline in the U.S. jumped 4.1 cents in the past week to $3.523 a gallon, according to the Department of Energy's weekly survey. "There's a chance that the U.S. average tops $4 a gallon by June, with some parts of the country approaching $5 a gallon," said Brian L. Milne of commodity information services company Telvent DTN.
