Supermarket chefs will participate in a culinary competition during the FMI2012 show, scheduled May 1 to 3 in Dallas. Foodservice professionals are invited to compete in the categories of ethnic, indulgent, healthful food and family meals, with the winner recognized as Supermarket Grand Chef and gaining entrance to a Culinary Institute of America professional-development course.
