Motorola is seeking potentially billions of dollars in licensing fees from Apple -- 2.25% of sales from some iPhones and iPads -- in the cellphone-makers' ongoing patent dispute, according to a letter dated Oct. 17 that was filed in court last month. Neither company provided comment.
