The Columbus, Ohio, school district will turn to a collection agency next month to help retrieve about $900,000 in unpaid lunch debt. Under a plan approved last week, families who owe more than $50 -- about 10% of those with lunch debt -- will be asked to pay. Some families owe more than $400, officials said. The district will turn over accounts to the collection agency March 23.
