Mobile advertising has a big problem: Most ad units are ill-conceived, poorly implemented and just plain ugly, according to this article. Experts say that mobile-ad creative often gets overlooked as marketers wrestle with technical issues or seek to repurpose ad units from other online formats. "The best way of saying it is, we're waking up to the creative possibilities for mobile," says Digitas executive Chia Chen.
