The parents of all K-12 students in Arizona schools are being asked to complete new residency forms to determine students' eligibility to enroll in school in the fall. The forms are not expected to cause significant changes in enrollment but could raise anxiety among the state's Latino population, officials said. "It's already difficult -- especially with all of the other things going on in this state -- for many Hispanic families to trust that they're going to be safe when coming to events or getting engaged in our schools," said John Pedicone, superintendent of Tucson schools.
