BNSF is partnering with Maersk for a "Flagship Service" deal that would depend on the Class I's service to ship products from Asia to five key U.S. markets. The business venture aims to complete deliveries with a 95% on-time performance rate, a first for the sea-rail type of service, according to the two companies.
