Comcast says its decision not to count streaming video on Xbox 360 consoles toward subscribers' monthly data allowance is in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission's Net neutrality guidelines. Comcast's Xfinity subscribers who surpass 250 gigabytes of data a month normally are warned or lose access to the service. Comcast said its policies "fully comply" with the FCC's rules and that the company "is committed to an open Internet."
