Human Recognition Systems' MFlow Journey technology is improving the passenger experience at London City Airport by helping officials react to possible bottlenecks to keep lines moving. "MFlow Journey provides a great dashboard for the operations team and easily shows us the length of time a passenger takes through the airport. We also receive early warning e-mails real time so we can take action as needed," said Melanie Burnley, the director of terminal services at London City Airport.
