The growing shift to cloud computing within the world's enterprise community will drive double-digit increases in the software-as-a-service market and push revenue to more than $22 billion by 2015, according to data from Gartner. Sales of SaaS solutions -- largely composed of next-generation customer resource management and enterprise resource planning solutions -- are forecast to reach $14.4 billion this year, a 17.9% increase from 2011, with North America expected to account for the bulk of the growth.
