Detroit-area restaurants have plenty of traditional cuisine, but a number of them are finding new ways to use uncommon ingredients and cooking techniques to create more unusual fare. At the Wurst Bar in Ypsilanti, Mich., chef Dan Klenotic has patrons buzzing over his menu of exotic sausages made from rattlesnake, alligator, crawfish and bison.
