Murray Pozmanter of Depository Trust and Clearing, which co-owns the clearinghouse venture with NYSE Euronext, had been interim chief following the departure of Walt Lukken, who heads the FIA. At Societe Generale, Broderick worked on the development of SwapClear, an LCH.Clearnet-backed interest-rate swaps clearing system.
