Social media is becoming an ever-important aspect of business revenue, and dedicated staffing is on the rise, according to a Useful Social Media report. Thirty-five percent of the surveyed companies had two or three employees dedicated to the social side, 25% had six or more, and only 8% had no employees dedicated to this purpose. The companies reported better results via dedicated social media workers than by simply adding social media duties to the plates of existing employees.
