High-school students enrolled in a South Carolina culinary arts program are gaining experience by working in the school cafeteria, serving food, cleaning and prepping food. Students earn half of the 400 hours of work experience needed to complete the program. "It's real life experience while they're going to school," culinary arts instructor Erin Moore said. "It helps their resume, and it's gone really, really well."
