Omnicom's search division Resolution Media says it will support Hewlett-Packard's search engine marketing campaign with Autonomy's Optimost Campaign platform, Laurie Sullivan writes. An expanded use of the platform by Omnicom could spread to 40 markets that generate about $1 billion globally, according to Autonomy's Andrew Joiner, general manager for emerging technology and marketing. The platform proved its worth in cost-per-click and conversion rates in a test for Braun as well as with HP's software division, Joiner says.
