The Boston Redevelopment Authority has approved plan revisions for the stalled $200 million Lovejoy Wharf project. The 2.1-acre property will now be used for offices instead of residences, as previously planned. "The project will transform this dilapidated wharf into a fully restored, fully activated, landscaped open space ... complete with seasonal market activities, retail vendors, seating, dining, performance space, temporary recreational boat dockage and public water transportation facilities," according to Peter Spellios, senior vice president at Beal Cos. who is developing the project along with The Related Cos.
