Dutch architect Janjaap Ruijssenaars plans to build a three-dimensional building in 2014 as part of a European competition. Working with Italy's Enrico Dini, inventor of the D-Shape 3D printer, they plan to produce a two-story building made with 6x9 frames made from sand and an inorganic binder that will later be filled with fiber-reinforced concrete.
