Developers in Israel are working on a new smartphone designed with an interface that is easier for individuals who are blind to use. The device called Ray is preloaded with accessibility applications, such as money readers and GPS devices, that many already use on their current phones. The downside is that developers will need to program apps specifically to use with Ray's interface, which means apps, such as Twitter and Facebook, will not work.
