E.ON Climate & Renewables is seeking the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's approval for a proposed deal that would transfer passive ownership stakes in the Wildcat Wind Farm in Indiana to JPMorgan Capital, Wells Fargo Wind Holdings and another third-party investor. Under the proposed deal, new class A and membership stakes would be created and the equity investors will purchase all of the noncontrolling class A membership stake in the 202.5-megawatt wind farm, while E.ON unit EC&R Investco Management will retain all of the class B membership interest.
