HR executives at large U.S. companies saw median pay that was 11% higher last year as HR pros continued to add responsibilities related to the Affordable Care Act, say-on-pay proxy disclosures and 401(k) fees, a study by Equilar says. Compensation for HR executives increased by about 5% in 2011 and in 2010, according to previous studies by the firm.
