On a per-mobile-user basis, the U.K. and Norway lead the world in the amount that advertisers spend on the platform, according to eMarketer estimates. As of last year, the U.K. average was $36.35, and Norway's was $35.71. The U.S., Denmark and Japan filled out the top five countries by this measure.
