Airports began reinstating flight schedules Sunday following a storm in the Northeast that had caused as many as 6,600 cancellations since Thursday. Boston Logan International Airport was the last to resume operations. "Airlines will be rebuilding their schedules throughout the day, and we should be at full capacity by the end of the day," Massachusetts Port Authority spokesman Matthew Brelis said Sunday.
