LG is launching a procurement-driven review of its media agency. The electronics giant has been working with WPP's Mindshare since 2007, and spent $400 million globally in 2011, according to Kantar Media. Although spending was on the decline in 2011, The Wall Street Journal reported the brand expects to increase investment this year to combat competition from Samsung, Apple, Huawei and ZTE on the mobile front.
