Target is taking aim at female readers of Sports Illustrated's annual swimsuit issue with its sponsorship of a 12-page advertorial supplement called "Secrets of Swimsuit." The retailer will be selling some of the suits featured in the supplement by the end of the week. Some analysts question Target's decision to seek female shoppers in a male-dominated editorial layout, but SI says 18 million women read the issue, according to their research.
