Caesars Entertainment is working with Gansevoort Hotel Group to redesign Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon in Las Vegas through a $185 million renovation. The casino hotel, which closed last month, will reopen as Gansevoort Las Vegas in January. "We wanted to bring a partner who had not just expertise, but a passion for creating something really unique," said Tariq Shaukat, Caesars Entertainment's chief marketing officer.
