Now, as the industry is seeing more strength, contractors in the U.S. are concerned about whether they can find the skilled workers they need. "If the industry continues to add jobs, it won't be long before contractors in some parts of the country are scrambling to find enough skilled workers to meet demand," said Stephen Sandherr, CEO of the Associated General Contractors of America.
