Delta Air Lines' senior vice president of network planning, Bob Cortelyou, talked to USA Today about competition at Los Angeles International Airport and the carrier's plans to add eight destinations and up to 17 flights at the airport by July. "That's why we're upgrading our product and doing quite a bit of service enhancements there. In order for us to enhance that and be competitive, we have to be focused on the product," Cortelyou said.
