Michele Buck, senior vice president and chief growth officer at Hershey, says she'll help the company reach $10 billion in revenue by 2017, up from $6.6 billion in 2012. "We want to transform the geographic footprint to have 25% of our revenue coming from international, and we want to expand our portfolio, leveraging [mergers and acquisitions] and innovation," she said.
