Six anti-nuclear members of Japan's post-Fukushima energy policy advisory panel have been removed by government officials. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has called for a review of the previous administration's nuclear phase-out policy to help rejuvenate the country's economy. Five new members including Fukui Gov. Issei Nishikawa have been added to the board, which resumes talks this week.
