More than 50% of parents said they follow the advice they got from their children's doctors most of the time, according to the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital National Poll on Children's Health. Parents who said they only occasionally heed doctors' orders were most likely to follow advice on nutrition, car seat safety and dental visits, and less likely to follow recommendations on discipline, sleep and screen time.
