Small-business lending is expected to increase, according to a survey of bank risk managers. Nearly two-thirds of respondents to the FICO-commissioned survey predict that there will be enough credit to satisfy demand in the next six months, even though a majority expects demand to increase. The survey also found that more than three-quarters of respondents think the delinquency rate will be flat, or even decrease, during the next half-year.
