Shares of wind-turbine-tower manufacturer Broadwind Energy climbed the most since Oct. 18, 2012, after the company announced a $34 million order from a U.S. wind-turbine maker. Broadwind intends to assemble the towers at its Abilene, Texas, factory and begin delivery by the fourth quarter, the company said. "This order starts to fill the capacity in our Abilene facility into 2014," CEO Peter Duprey said.
