The Canadian province of Alberta once more is launching an ad campaign in the U.S. promoting the benefits of TransCanada's proposed Keystone XL pipeline to both countries. "These ads are targeted at key decision-makers in the Washington area," said Neala Barton, press secretary for Alberta Premier Alison Redford. "We want them to know about the province’s strong environmental record and the huge potential for energy security and job creation that the pipeline would bring."
