Investor Carl Icahn and Dell have negotiated a deal that limits Icahn's stake in Dell to 10% but provides him greater ability to join up with other bidders interested in buying the struggling PC vendor if they together own less than 15% of shares. "I want to make it very clear that I have retained the absolute right to conduct a proxy fight at Dell," Icahn said in a statement Tuesday. He and his partners are facing off against Dell founder Michael Dell in takeover bids for the company.
