Asian shares rose Friday but were down for the week on concerns over growth prospects globally and in China, with mining shares taking some of the biggest hits. On the final day of the week, however, the Nikkei rose 0.73% to 13,316.48, the Hang Seng jumped 2.33% to 22,013.57, the Kospi was up 0.35% to 1,906.75 and the S&P/ASX added 0.15% to 4,931.90.
