Georgia is becoming a leader in propane autogas use in the U.S. after several counties and school districts in the state have made the switch to the clean-burning fuel. "The thing about propane as a motor fuel is it costs almost half as much as gasoline or diesel fuel today, very low emissions, about 20% less greenhouse gases than gasoline," said Roy Willis, president and CEO of the Propane Education & Research Council, during a propane convention in Atlanta last week.
