Researchers said data on more than 112,000 adults showed that adding 10 minutes to the time it takes to prepare a meal reduces the chances of exercising for 10 additional minutes. Ohio State University researchers said public-health officials should take into account the time people have to spend on healthy behaviors in one day and realize that one healthy behavior can come at the expense of another.
