Airline passenger satisfaction has increased 14 points from last year's J.D. Power study, reaching 695 on a satisfaction scale of 1,000 points. One reason for the improvement is the technology airlines are using to improve the travel experience with faster check-in, in-flight Wi-Fi and seatback entertainment. Experts also credit improved comfort, including legroom, for the uptick in passenger satisfaction.
