Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper made his case for U.S. approval of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline in a speech in New York on Thursday. Harper said the project would generate jobs in both Canada and the U.S. as well as curb U.S. energy imports from less stable countries. "I think all the facts are overwhelmingly on the side of approval of this, but there is a process in the United States," Harper said.
