Scott O'Malia of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission said his agency would reveal its revised rule on position limits for commodities in the next six weeks. "We may get it in late May, but I suspect it's probably going to be in June," O'Malia said. However, he raised concerns that the revised rule would stand up to scrutiny after the original version was struck down by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
"I don't know what it says yet, and I'm dying to know how we learned from our mistakes with the previous rule," he said.
