Companies increasingly collect demographic and purchasing data from customers, but fewer than half that collect such information have the resources to properly analyze it, according to a survey from Robert Half Technology. Marketers are turning to data-management platforms in response to handle and process information in useful ways, and just under half of companies across the globe had implemented a data-management platform by the end of last year, according to a separate survey from Ziff Davis.
