Royal Caribbean International announced that Grandeur of the Seas will not undertake a voyage scheduled to depart Friday from Baltimore. Instead the ship will undergo repairs on its aft mooring area, which was damaged by a fire that broke out Monday. The ship cut short its Bahamas sailing, which launched Friday from Baltimore, to dock in Freeport, Bahamas, with the fire extinguished and all passengers and crew accounted for. Royal Caribbean says it will grant a full refund for all passengers booked on the cancelled cruise, as well as a future cruise certificate.
